- Ask students to create a simple 10-minute home exercise routine incorporating at least three different types of fitness activities they learned today. They can write it down and bring it to the next class.
### Adjustments for Different Skill Levels:
- Have easier and more challenging variations of each exercise ready for students of different fitness levels.
- Provide additional support and encouragement to students who are less confident or new to exercising.
### Safety Considerations:
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition and safely set up.
- Supervise students closely to provide immediate feedback and prevent injuries.
- Remind students to stay hydrated and listen to their bodies, taking breaks if needed.
